Incidents Baena is a powerful Smart City tool that allows citizens of Baena to inform the maintenance service of the City Council of any incident they discover in the city.

Thanks to Incidences Baena a citizen who finds a flaw, can send in three simple steps a notice to the City Council to be fixed, being in this way, permanently informed of the entire process until the incident is fixed and closed.

In addition, any user can be informed of the incidents in which the Services Unit of the Baena City Council is working, since all the works of the department will be visible to the public in this app.

In short, this tool allows to improve a public service, reinforces the transparency of the Administration that the citizen claims and encourages citizen participation.
